​My dad put me on a pony when I was 2 years old. My mom says that was when I was fixed for life. Horses do amazing things for people. They don’t judge, but they make you earn your progress. They listen without offering expert or opinionated advice. Horses make a bad day good. They provide freedom, growth, and teach self-control. Horses teach every element of a relationship in a way that offers instant feedback. Like no other animal, I believe horses make us better people. I will always need at least one horse in my life helping me along. I think everyone should have the opportunity to ride, groom, or just pet horses. Horses are God-given gifts that enable us to be our very best.
